About the role

Help domestic and foreign clients establish and maintain their legal entities, from formation to ongoing compliance.

What you’ll do

• Prepare formation and licensing dossiers
• Track corporate filings and deadlines
• Liaise with authorities
• Support work-permit and visa processes

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year in corporate services or law
• Organized and process-driven
• Good English
• Comfortable with government procedures
